How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse through our collection, select the items you'd like to purchase, and add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order.

 

I need assistance with my order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and sometimes other regional payment options. You can choose your preferred method during checkout. We do not accept Cheques, however if you would like to make a bank transfer then please contact us and we can provide you with the details.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

The Kozeenest store was set up to service UK customers, however, if you hve seen a product you like and are visiting www.kozeenest.co.uk from a foreign location please email us at info@kozeenest.co.uk and we will be abl eto quote you shipping charges. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location. 

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website and accessing the order status page.

 

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for more information and to initiate a return.

 

Are your products eco-friendly/sustainable?

We strive to offer a range of products that are environmentally friendly and sustainable whenever possible and are constantly searching for green and eco-friendly products. Look for the eco-friendly/sustainable labels on our product pages to identify these items. Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed?

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, so once an order has been placed, it may not be possible to cancel or modify it. However, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Can I choose to deliver my order to another address other than my billing address?

Yes, when you checkout we will ask you for a billing and shipping address, these can be the same or different if you wish to send the order elsewhere.

For example, if you are sending a gift or need to send the order to your work address. If you are unsure, you can email us at any time on contact@kozeenest.co.uk.

Alternatively, you can leave us a note when you check out and we can action this upon dispatching your order.

 

Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?

We may be able to offer discounts for bulk orders on certain products. Please contact our sales team at info@kozeenest.co.uk for more information and to discuss your specific requirements.

 

I have made an order, but don’t have an email confirmation?

Sometimes our order confirmations can go into your junk or spam folder, please check these before contacting us.

If your order confirmation has not come through but we have taken payment, it could be due to a spelling error when checking out.

Please contact us if you are unsure and we can resend the email and also confirm we have your order, and it is being processed.

 

How do I know if the item I am interested in, is in stock?

The product page will tell you if the item you would like to buy is in stock, we will always do our very best to keep our website updated with the stock that is currently in the warehouse.

If the item is out of stock, you will be able to add your email address to be notified when the item arrives back into us.

Occasionally, we may email you to cancel and refund your order if the website is not updated with stock levels.
